Fundraising Efforts

Fundraising for the Community Centre
in Mount Albert!

Promoting:

• health and wellness though outdoor recreation
• youth and senior programs within the Community Centre
• Family resources at the Family Place

In 2012 we raised almost $7,000! - we will be expanding the current covered picnic shelter in the park and making it convertible into an outdoor skating rink for the winer.  The shelter will double in size making it a great place for family reunions, birthday parties, and picnics!  The outdoor skating rink will allow for hockey on one side and aspiring figure skaters on the other.

While the plans are a work in progress, we will be repairing a few things around the park including the Memorial Gates at the main entrance.

 

Help us promote a healthy lifestyle and well being in the community of Mount Albert.  A safe place for children to play and adults to engage.
